IF you

• are a pupil/student/apprentice (male or female) that has found an internship in Lüdinghausen or its surrounding areas,
• are here in Lüdinghausen or a nearby community with a club or organisation that supports and works with international youth,  
• are searching for accommodations that will provide you with further international encounters and offer you a contact person to our Vocational and Sixth Form College,
• can tend to yourself,

then

we would be pleased to have you as a renter.

Bring along a positive attitude and a willingness to discover new places and things and to build new friendships. Of course you’ll also need to bring bed linen and towels for your personal use, however, everything else is provided.

Rental conditions

As long as the guest house is not fully occupied, the two-bed rooms may be rented as single room accommodations. The Deltion College, our partner school in Zwolle (NL), rents 3 rooms permanently.  However, we are able to rent out these rooms when the college is not occupying them.

The rent is based on the donations / revenue from the EU “programme for life-long learning”.  The double occupancy of a room is 15€ per person per night.  The single occupancy of a room is 30€ per night.

Procedure:

1.    Enquiry per mail from the Guest (Tenant)
2.    Offer with accurate quote per mail from us (Landlord)
3.    Binding Reservation/Booking with deposit from the Guest (Tenant)
4.    Booking Confirmation per mail from us (Landlord)

The accommodation agreement/contract includes the following:

• for stays of a month or less payment of the total rent has to be effected in advance, for any stays exceeding the duration of one month payment has to be made at the beginning of each month
• on signing the accommodation agreement tenants will be required to pay a sum of 100,-€ (comprising a security deposit as well as a rate for final cleaning of 50,-€).
• all common rooms have to be cleaned thoroughly once a week by Thursdays 12pm
